Sweetheily Bakery prepares products in a kitchen that handles common food allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and other ingredients that may cause allergic reactions. Cross-contact is possible.
You may request that a product be prepared without a selected ingredient when the recipe allows. An ingredient-removal request does not make the product allergen-free, and Sweetheily Bakery cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with severe or life-threatening allergies should contact us before placing an order.

How long will my order take?
Most regular orders are ready within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Select a requested pickup or local-delivery date and time when ordering. Larger or customized orders may require more time. Rush requests under 24 hours are subject to availability, confirmation and a rush fee.
How much is local delivery?
Pickup is free. Standard local delivery within Sweetheily’s Kissimmee / St. Cloud service area is $6 per order with a $20 minimum product subtotal. Addresses outside the standard service area may require a different delivery charge and will be confirmed before payment.
How will I know my order is ready?
Sweetheily can send order-status updates using the contact information you provide, including “Your order is ready for pickup,” “Out for delivery,” and “Your order has been delivered.” Pickup details are provided with confirmation.
How do bundle discounts work?
Add eligible quantities of the same product. The site automatically applies the lower bundle rate before Stripe checkout.
What about ingredients and allergens?
